It's soo yummy. I like how the katsu was done, when you eat it, it isn't too hot on your mouth nor is it too rough on the walls of your mouth. (Some Japanese restos do their katsu dishes the super crunchy way that is painful to eat!) We tried the Wakame (seaweed) too! It's the same seaweed used at HK, Mongkok's Cold Noodles. :D We both loved it. :D I can't wait to get back to Yabu again! :D I was able to try the Rozu Katsu Curry! It’s soo yummy.
