How To Peel Garlic

As most of you know peeling garlic is one of worst tasks one can do in the kitchen! But fret no-more! Look what I found! I’m pretty sure you are thanking me right about now.

So go ahead and let me know if it worked for you! I will use this technique when I start making my Salpicao!
