Hi Janette! Thanks for dropping by! Sure once I get down the stuff you need I’ll create a follow up post. As for a resto, I haven’t come across a resto which serves callos as good as we make it. Not even the bacalao dish. Nothing compares to home cooked meals tlga!

Hi Carlos. I love callos! Although the best one I have tried is made by a friend who used to own a small restaurant in Cebu. I get to try this once in awhile in various restaurant but often get disappointed (same with bopis) as I expect something more.

Hope you can share your family recipe on this one. Also, which resto in town have you observed to be serving the best callos?
